"Hot waffels for breakfast! Yum! Bed was too hard for my comfort, but room was very nice! Good location by airport. Front desk was very helpful. Would stay here again."

"Made my reservations 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived, they wanted to give us a room different from what we had reserved. I was traveling with a handicapped person and could not be as flexible as I could have been traveling alone. The hotel has no elevator and they wanted us to take a room on the second floor. After much debate with the employee, he managed to find us a room on the first floor. We had requested a first floor at the time of the reservation, and they had a note on it, but he acted as if my friend,(she uses a walker) could manage a long flight of stairs. In the end, we got the room we had reserved and it was fine. The check-in hassle was the worst part of staying there."
