"If the room has been paid for turn on the air conditioner ahead of time so the poor people don't sweat to death waiting for it to cool off for 2 hours or more! It took half the night to really get cool. Love this hotel but please consider your guests! We come from Flagstaff where it is so much cooler than Phoenix and we had to go to the pool so the room could cool off while we weren't there!"
