"I think the hotel charges way too much for the minimal amount of things there are to do at the resort, the first day was nice and plenty to do, but the day after that, it was quite BORING, we litteraly spent our sencond day in the room, because there was just nothing to do, all the events that were planned seemed to be geared around children thintheresuld have been something for both children and adults to enjoy, I mean, you can only stay in the pools for so many hours before your skin starts to shrivle up and fall off and it seemed that thats all there was to do. I did go on the morning hike and that was nice. We also had very poor customer service at the POINTE IN TIME, where we had breakfast, it was absolutely awful, very disappointing!"
